For the autumn and winter months we are offering special rates, specifically and only for foreign clients who will be staying in town for extended periods.

APARTMENTS AND RATES
Apartment features a bright and spacious living-dining room (with fold-out double sofa beds), kitchen, television and wi-fi internet connection. The apartment include private bathroom and large bedrooms offering delightful views of the town's historic centre, from EUR  600,00.

NOTE: Rates are valid per apartment per month. The prices include: taxes, all of

In collaboration with Lingua Più, a Training Centre recognised by the Region Umbria – Ministry of Education, we also organise courses of Italian Language and Culture for foreigners.

Our courses are customised for any age and level of knowledge and everyone can enjoy learning in an informal and communicative way. Extra curricular activities are also available in order to practice the language with local Italians: shopping with the teachers, parties with Italian friends, and many other funny activities.
